4. 💰 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination and the weight of your order. Please review the total cost before completing your purchase.

5. 🔍 Order Tracking & Inspection

• Tracking: Details are sent via email once dispatched. Updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

• 📦 Mandatory Inspection: Upon delivery, please inspect the package. If the packaging is visibly damaged, we highly recommend recording a brief video of the unboxing process to facilitate any potential claims.

6. ⏳ Customs, Duties & Delays

• Customs & Duties: Techs Park is NOT responsible for any additional charges (VAT, Customs Duties, Brokerage Fees) imposed by the destination country. These are the sole legal responsibility of the customer.

• Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or local courier issues.

7. 📬 Shipping Address & Refusal

• Accuracy: Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. Once an order is shipped, address changes are not possible.

• Refusal of Shipment: If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs or "change of mind," the customer is responsible for original shipping costs, return fees, and a 15% restocking fee. These will be deducted from the refund.

8. 🤝 Our Commitment

If your order is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
