Warranty & Refund Policy
1. Limited Warranty
• Warranty Period: All electronic devices (such as chargers, cables, and power adapters) are covered by a one-year (1) limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery.
• Coverage: This warranty applies strictly to electronic malfunctions and hardware defects.
• Exclusions: * The warranty does not cover non-electronic accessories, including but not limited to: Cases, Screen Protectors, and Covers.
• Damages resulting from accidents, misuse, liquid exposure, or unauthorized repair attempts are strictly excluded.
• Procedure: In the event of a covered defect, Techs Park will repair or replace the device at our technical discretion.
2. International Customs, Duties & Taxes
• Disclaimer: Techs Park is NOT responsible for any additional charges imposed by the destination country. This includes, but is not limited to: Customs duties, local Value Added Tax (VAT), or brokerage clearance fees.
• Customer Responsibility: These charges are the sole legal responsibility of the customer. The customer is required to settle these payments with their local authorities to receive the shipment.
3. Delivery & Refusal of Shipment
• Refusal Policy: The customer is not entitled to refuse or abandon a shipment without a substantial and valid reason (e.g., proven shipping damage).
• Automatic Refund Restriction: Refusing to receive the shipment from the courier does not grant the customer the right to an automatic refund.
• Return-to-Sender Fees: If a shipment is returned to Techs Park due to the customer's refusal to accept it or failure to pay local customs/taxes, the customer will be held responsible for all original shipping costs, return shipping fees, and any administrative or customs charges incurred. These amounts will be deducted from the final refund.
4. Return & Refund Conditions
• Return Window: Return or exchange requests are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
• Activation/Use Rule: Once a device’s security seal is broken or the product is used, it is no longer eligible for a "change of mind" return and can only be serviced under warranty if an electronic defect is found.
• Shipping Costs: For returns due to "change of mind," the customer is responsible for all two-way shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees.
5. Shipping Damage
• Customers must inspect the package upon arrival. If the external packaging is visibly damaged, please take clear photos before opening and notify our support team within 24 hours.
6. Refund Process
• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's policies.
